Route plans give some bizarre route diversions for no reason

I have had a few occasions where the route plan has diverted me down a side road only to join the same road a couple of streets down when continuing on the same initial road would have been possible (not to mention shorter and quicker)

We have today adjusted the traffic route planning to be less willing to leave the main route in traffic. Let us know if it helps!

In ABRP there is now an advanced setting to "Show bug button". Please enable this and, when you get weird route changes, please press the bug button on the phone screen. This will send us a detailed report. Let us know when you sent it so we can find it!

Can you please provide the plan URL for these cases and/or provide a screenshot?
This could for example be due to heavy traffic on any of the main roads. But it's hard to tell from the little information we have. Could as well be something on openstreetmap, so we need samples.
