It happens when I’m on my way. The route has been installed and then at a certain moment it says: route no longer available. Sometimes this message disappears and the route is picked up again. It’s a recurring nuisance.

Hi Wijnand, Do you mean that we're able to produce a plan for you but the message still pops up saying we're not? Does this happen for a specific route or all kinds? /Katya
I meant: quite often I get the message that the route is not available whereas there seem to be no problems. The message keeps coming back.
