Route guidance incorrect at highway junction

At almost every highway junction the route guidance is wrong. Is sees it as part of the road but it is separate point where the route guidance must tell us in which direction to go. With correct instructions. In the route below I had two examples:
- A58 to A16 northbound
-A59 to A27 northbound.
