In my PS2 and iPhone the route button is not working. I have reinstalled etc but no change and a route is not planned

Hey Peter, we took a look at your account and it looks like your car 'Polestar 2' does not have a car model selected in its setting. So if you go to settings and click on the cogwheel next to the car under 'Car models' and then click on the car model. Then you will be able to set what Polestar you have and then everything should work as it should.

Hey Peter, in the process of looking at this issue we selected a car model for you but there is no way for us to unselect it so do the above and make sure it's the right model of Polestar that is selected so that your plans will be accurate in the future.
