Rivian in ABRP status update stopped to work. No update to battery level and no drive records. Car is shown is sleeping mode.

We had to invalidate all RIvian logins during last week to fix an issue, and we asked all owners to re-link their vehicles in an email. Did you see that email?
In any case, go to vehicle settings, unlink and link your vehicle again. Let us know if the problem persists.

Hi, I have unlinked and relinked Rivian account right after I got an email on August 14. I knew I will be traveling and I wanted to make sure that all my data properly collected. Also I have tried unlinking and relinking Rivian account multiple times after live status update stopped working. The only resolution I have found is to log out from ABRP account, than reset ABRP account password, and after logging into ABRP account I was able to get Rivian live updates. Unfortunately your email was missing the step for logging out from ABRP account and I lost data that I needed for my trip analysis.

Sorry about that - logging in and out of ABRP should not have been necessary (nor changed anything), but it seems like the live data issue got resolved with some recent change on our side.
