Had routed from San Jose CA. to supercharger at Santa Barbara. Had a plan. I turned on "automatic settings" which lowered our departure SOC to 90% even though we have a Tesla M3 RWD recommended to charge to 100%. I changed it to 100% then tried to reroute and it says no valid plan when there are many chargers en route.

I think I figured out the issue. I have destination charge set to 20% but charge at a charger set to 10%. I was navigating to a final destination that is also a charger. That apparently confused it and it reported it was unable to come up with a plan.

Hi David,
Agreed, automatic settings should not overwrite the manually set SoC when you do not have any live/automatic value. I'll have this noted so that we can have it corrected.
Should you be interested in linking your Tesla, you'll find the instructions for how to do so here; www.iternio.com/faq?questionId=250eb136-5691-4e87-96d8-6edf6508fc84&appDefId=14c92d28-031e-7910-c9a8-a670011e062d
