Hello,

As of a few weeks ago we (my wife and I, two separate iPhones) cannot modify the reference consumption in the iOS app. If we try it changes the background of the field to red and resets to the standard consumption value. Vehicle is VW ID.4. Maybe related, but not sure; when doing live navigation with a connected obd 2 dongle, the reference consumption never changes. Not totally clear on if it should, but it reads the SOC properly.

Will not accept a different reference consumption. The box turns red when you enter a different value and reverts back to the standard input once you return to the menu.

Hi guys,

I'm trying to edit the efficiency of the car (Zoe R135) as it's too low as standard but it keeps saying it isn't valid by turning the box red - is this right?

When using Firefox the box turns red and anything higher than 750 it drops a zero. IE: 850 becomes 85 and 900 becomes 90.

change to 850 close side bar and reopen not its 85.

Hey Drake, can you see if you maybe managed to add some not allowed character? Test selecting everything in that field and delete it and start entering from scratch. If it does not work please get back to me and I will look further into it.

I tow a trailer and the reference power usage is about 900WH per mile. I need to be able to put this in to get a route.

Hey Ben, we have a limit of 1000WH so should not be an issue to enter 900. If there is some issue could you take a print screen and also share what platform you are on.

When the truck launches i'ed like to request that be raised as I plan on using a much larger trailer.
