Displayed S.O.C. changes every few seconds in range from 4% to 94%
so the app is unusable. (With Citroën ë-C4 46kW which I drove until last week, it works flawlessly).

Do you know if the 51 kWh e-C4 has a different battery manufacturer than the 46 kWh? Could it be BYD?

I asked my dealer. He thinks that the battery is being manufactured by the new ACC factory in France. However, the new e-C3 has battery from CATL.
