Premium Subscription- most chargers don't show availability

I paid for a premium subscription hoping to get real-time charger availability. But nearly all chargers just show "unknown" while the status in something like Plugshare is updated real-time. Is this something that will be added/fixed?

I've attached a few images showing chargers with unknown status. Most if not all of these chargers have live status in plugshare, but not ABRP, and they include Blink, EVgo, EA, and Chargepoint. Thanks.

I'm having issues with live data intermittenly cutting out on Petrol OneCharge, Tesla and Ionity.
