Porsche over the air connection

The connection stopped working suddenly. Currently the status is always disconnected. I deleted the car, reset all data, started from scratch to setup the connection details. The selection of the car leads to a green car type on the Porsche webform page with the correct FIN number. But than in ABRP I see „not connected“. Additional I have the Porsche web page in another thread with an endless rotating wheel. I guess something is wrong with the connection properties.

sounds great, here is what I did:
1. check the status in the app: "not connected"
2. removed the connection
3. reinitialized the connection to Porsche authentication and assignment of the car worked fine

The car needs to be active to push data to us, so either a drive or a charge should do it.

Finally, after a lot of digging we found a stray shadow vehicle which got all the data from your live data connection (with no user). This has been removed any you should start receiving data asap.
We have also fixed the root cause. Thank you for reporting!

No, the screen in the app (live-data) is showing "not connected", how can I force in the app to start the configured connection and sync the data?

Is your data back in realtime now? We see data streaming in on our side correctly now.

Just checked - it seems like we are receiving data updates from Porsche, but they are several days old at the moment. We are in touch with them and will keep you posted!
