Planner no longer respecting charge settings

Putting in desired charge settings seems to be getting disregarded by the route planner.

When I open this plan you get to charge to 90% as you want.

I have the exact same issue as Steven. I have tried to change between time or to percentage but it still won't affect anything.

Yes, and I've tried it both on web (two different computers) and app. Same issue.

Hi, I am no longer able to reproduce this bug today :/
It has been something that I have seen a couple of times in the past, which unfortunately makes it inconsistent. Hopefully if I manage to repro it again in the near future I can get more info.
