I can't believe I am paying a fee for this! Electrify America stations have disappeared, planning is buggy, added stops are not computed, your database reports the wrong rating for existing stations, and this just happens when I am trying to plan a 400 mi trip tomorrow. Not impressed, will likely cancel.

When attempting to plan my route this morning on what appears to be an updated version I no longer see Electrify America stations on my route.

I am sorry for this problem. We had a glitch in the system that removed all Electrify America chargers from the app but this has now been fixed and all chargers should be visible again.

Did everyone at ABRP take off early for the holidays? This is a serious bug that breaks 99% of functionality for many EV drivers. Especially right as Thanksgiving travel is happening…yikes!

EA stations are not flagged as charging stations, but I can zoom in on them in the map and they appear like other landmarks, with no further info offered. Problem started with latest update.

EA stations are showing on my husband’s phone now, but not mine. Earlier they weren’t showing on his either. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, used logged out and logged in and it’s still not showing EA.

Having the same issue. It was working yesterday perfectly, but not today. Every trip I try to plan fails because I only want to use Electrify America chargers.
