Fahrzeug: Peugeot e 208

Hi Gert,
I'll be closing this thread due to inactivity and as I can see that the connection to your car now appears to be correctly established. Should there still be any issues feel free to submit another bug report or simply comment on this one and we'll have it reopened.

Since yesterday ABRP has no connection to Tronity, If I try to connect, the Status will BE "nicht authorisiert" and there is no exchange of Data...
ABRP Version 4.1.8, there is yet no newer Version of ABRP (neither of Tronity) in the Playstore .

Hi Gert,
please go to settings and click on the cogwheel behind the car in car settings. There you can see the car specific settings which also allow you to unlink the car. Once it has been unlinked, you can then relink it with tronity.

Hi Samuel,
that's the Problem: there is no setting "unlink the car" when I tap on that wheel: it is blue marked and when I tap on it, I am back on the live Data Page...
Thanks
Gert

The button on the bottom - live Daten entkoppeln.
Gert Rehding
That's my Routine: I tap on "live Daten entkoppeln" and obviously nothing has changed. Nevertheless I try to re-link the car, but without success (sure because it's not unlinked, all the datas of the car are still there.
Samuel_ABRP
You could also delete the car and just add a new one if unlinking does not work. We will check in the meantime why unlink does not seem to have any effect.
Gert Rehding
Even deleting the car has no effect at all, the car is still in the list. And it's not possible to add my car as a new one.
Bo_ABRP
Seems like your app has ended up in a strange state somehow. I was able to login as your user and press "unlink" which - after a few seconds - took me back to the list of live data methods and the Tronity linking is gone.
Gert Rehding
What does it mean for me? I tried again but my car is still in the list, no matter If I try to unlink or delete the car.
Bo_ABRP
Please try logging out and in again in the app. It seems like you don't get any updates from the server at all.
Gert Rehding
Even If the Tronity-linking ist gone, my car is still in the list and when I try to connect with Tronity again, there are all my datas (FIN-number f.e.)
Bo_ABRP
May I try to delete your vehicle from my side?
Gert Rehding
Yes sure, try it!
Gert Rehding
Haha, maybe I have to buy a new Car to connect...
Bo_ABRP
Done - delete worked fine for me. Seems like you need to completely wipe storage for the app to reset it.
Gert Rehding
Well done, thank you very much!
So I have to delete both, "Daten löschen" and "Cache leeren"?
Gert Rehding
Gert Rehding
I emptied the Cache, deleted the Speicher and reinstalled ABRP: the moment, I log in ABRP, my Car reappears in the list and there is no way to get rid of it...
Bo_ABRP
I just checked now and it seems like you have been able to add/modify the name of the vehicle and re-connect Tronity - does it work now?
Gert Rehding
I guess (and hope) it works: I deleted my car in Tronity (dataloss included) and reinstalled it there. In ABRP I have the Status "schläft" since nearly one hour- a positive sign I hope. Now I have to wait for one or two days until Peugeot and Tronity are connected again...
Thanks for your Help, I will report, when my car is linked again- or not.
