Occasionally loses menu

Sometimes I'm entering a route and tell it to generate and it loses the menu, shows the route and the says "You are not on the route" and there's no way to get the menu back without clearing the browser and starting over.

Hi Alan,
You should then be able to click the 'back' button to exit navigation. If you're using the Tesla browser first tap the navigation instructions section to display the menu options.
