OBDLink CX not connecting

I’m trying to connect ABRP to my OBDLink CX and the app finds the device, gives me the first two green check marks on the connection screen and the fails on the third one. It gives me an error message that says: “BLE connection established, but we failed to connect to your car.”

Then it gave me a link to come here to report a bug.

What do I do?

Same for me after it worked pefrectly since August 2023.
Will send the Data as described...

Were you able to click the bug report button? I cannot seem to find one from you.
Note that we issued a hotfix this week for ABRP 5.0.4 to fix BLE reconnection behavior and that worked for normal (non-setup) use and would potentially fix also the setup. Let us know how it works.

I did send the data but within another post using the Report a Bug button.
Today I tried the new version 5.0.4 but without any luck. Same result that it cannot connect to the car.

Hi
To help us figure out what is wrong please enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the settings and scroll all the way down and turn on the bug button. When you are in the car and have put in the OBD in the car press the bug button on the screen. After you have done this please contact us through the app in the settings under Support & feedback so we get your information. Then we can look at your bug report to see why the OBD won't connect.
