OBDLink CX connects with iPhone but not with Ford Lightning

Problem is using ABRP INTERFACE for live data. Can connect adapter to OBDLink app but not to ABRP even after I tell iOS to forget OBDLink app connection. CX device appears in A TO interface but fails on 3rd connection step.

A firmware check using the OBDLink app says my CX device has the latest firmware yet connection to my truck fails ( the 3rd step) in ABRP iOS app. My phone is an iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 17.2.1. The CX firmware is 5.8.1.
