Whenever I enable the live SOC, the departure SOC defaults to 90% no matter what actual SOC the car is or whatever SOC I set it to...

Hi Terrence,

I can see you've added the OBD connection but ABRP has not been provided any data from your car via the dongle.

You can try to reset the connection this way: www.iternio.com/faq?questionId=eb5eb053-594a-40db-8ca1-2e98f829bece&appDefId=14c92d28-031e-7910-c9a8-a670011e062d

If that doesn't help there might be an issue with the dongle. What model are you using?

Hi Terrence,

This is not one of the devices we've tested so I cannot for sure say wether it is compatible or not.

Does the seller of the device state wether it supports a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connection or not? ABRP only supports devices that use BLE.

More on connecting via OBD and tested device models: www.iternio.com/abrp-obd
