Please make sure that you use the BLE interface of that dongle and that you do not connect to it in any other app or via android/ios bluetooth settings. The setup has to be done completely via ABRP only.
Just checked the log, it looks like it could not download the OBD commands from the backend. Please make sure you have a internet connection when you try to connect to the car. If it does not work on the first attempt please try it again a second time.

Ich stand im freien mit 5G-Verbindung und egal welche Konstellation (mit / ohne CarPlay) wurde kein OBD-Funktion in ABRP angezeigt? Zuvor im Renault e-2008 hatte alles prima geklappt.
We do not support Volvo yet as we do not know the OBD commands for it. You probably only changed the car instead of unlinking/removing it that is why it still shows OBD linked, but there are no OBD commands it can pull from the backend.
