Tried a new FlyroadUp (elm 327) odb2 adapter that said it was Bluetooth 4.0 compatible but while it does connect it also reports not all Telemetry data is available

I have a North American ioniq 5 SR RWD. I didn't get any live data when I connected, just an error message as described. I am able to get live data when connecting with one of the OBDII adapters you officially support.
