Not possible to find location via GPS

Arbp cannot find location. It states that it doesn't have access to GPS data, please allow this.
But abrp has been granted access.
I'm using a huawei p30, android 12.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Unfortunately I'm not able to do what you ask.
I can go to the app settings > Support & Feedback > Contact support > Other issue - but as soon I hit the "Other issue" the app takes me back to the dialog where I was. So I can only choose "Contact support" again.
So I never reach the place where I can "hit yes on the "Share latest history" dialog."

Ah sorry, that was for premium members.
So in your case please enable the "Show bug report button" in the Settings, do a plan and start driving.
You should see a bug button then, hit it and let me know so I can check the logs. Thanks!

Hi, could you please provide us some more logs? To do so go to the app settings > Support & Feedback > Contact support > Other issue and hit yes on the "Share latest history" dialog.
