I set starting point, destination and one point in between. push the blue button, after 10-20 seconds it stops turning, but still only a straight line shows

Issue has been occurring for me as well for last several days in the iOS app. Try to start a plan, press blue route button, spins for a few seconds, then stops spinning with no change/route plan.
Web site works, however.
iOS app v4.2.8 (1011) on an iPhone SE 2020
