No interface with live battery power level

It used to be that when I planned a trip, it would automatically input the battery power status or charge level into the starting position, and take that into account. Now it just inputs the last number I entered. I've tried enabling and disabling the button that allows it to do this, but it no longer connects with my live status, no matter if that's enabled or not.

Yes, you were right that it had disconnected. I reconnected and it was working for a bit, but now it's disconnected again. I've attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing: it says "my Tesla status: disconnected" and I have no option to reconnect (nor did I disconnect). I have decent service at the supercharger where I took this. Any ideas?

Hi Jeff,
No ABRP account is linked to your account here on Upvoty and the ABRP account registered with your stated email address doesn't appear to have been used recently, thus I cannot look at exactly what's going on.
But, I would suspect that the connection to the vehicle has been broken. To relink the vehicle, follow these steps:
1. Go into: Settings (Advanced) > Car model
2. Click the cogwheel to the right of your saved vehicle
3. Select a linking option in the list
4. Follow the linking instructions
