We are in the midst of a vacation and navigated the 200+ miles here using ABRP v4.7 on my iPhone and now are using it to navigate around our destination. I do most of my pre planning on my iPad Mini, which I did last night for today’s excursions. This morning my iPad was surprisingly updated to v5.0.0 and all my history is gone - saved trips and drives, and the new plan I made and saved last night. I have logged off ABRP and shut it down several times to no avail. This is very distressing! Fortunately, my iPhone is still at v4.7 and still has all my plans including the new one. I am concerned when it updates to v5.0.0 that it will lose all my plans as well. PLEASE FIX THIS! Oh. Yes I am using the same login on both devices and I have been paying the monthly subscription.

On Android Lenovo tablet in horizontal mode, clicking saved routes opens an empty window. Turn vertical and after clicking on a try again prompt, it then displays my saved routes. But, if flip it back horizontal, it empties again. Frustrating.

All saved plans are invisible. Can see when trying to save a new plan and replace, but cannot retrieve any saved or recent plans. Also the ferry functionality is now not working - unable to choose a ferry crossing and add it to a route. Please advise on a fix . regards Bob

Sorry forgot to say that the issue was with the iOS and the Mac OS apps. It seems to work fine when using a Web browser.

For me it's possible to see the saved and recent plans buttons in portrait and also landscape mode. I'm also able to load them.

Wow, thanks for that tip. It WORKED, and the saved plans list is full screen. As additional info, when I then turn my iPad to landscape, it becomes a blank smaller window. If I then turn to portrait mode, it says “Oops…. Try again”. Then when I tap “Try again.”, it brings me back to previous screen and if I tap “Saved Plans”, they once again display full screen. Also, if I start the app on landscape and try to view Saved Plans, I get the blank smaller window, but if I then turn to portrait mode, it comes back as above. So, the problem has to do entirely with landscape mode not displaying properly!

Maybe it helps.
When I start my Galaxy Tab in "Portrait" mode, I can see my "saved plans", while I can't see any plans, when I do that in "Landscape" mode

See my new comment above. Thanks.

Oops!

Same here on Galaxy Tab A9+ - saved plans are not visible.
When trying to save a new plan, then old plans do show up. So they are not gone, just not visible when trying to load.
BTW I can see them on my Windows Notebook in the browser.
@Joseph, maybe it's worth trying to uninstall the App and try with browser access.
@Linda please recategorize - this is a Bug

Hi Joseph
I can see your saved plans and recent plans. Clear the plan so it looks like the image below. Are you using the correct email? It should be the email ending with .net
