Hello,
I have set
EnBW: Use exclusively and prefer
Tesla: use exclusively
Allego: prefer.
The route calculated uses 2 Allego charging stations and 2 Tesla charging stations and 1 EnBW charging stations.
I know that the route can also be calculated if only EnBW charging stations are used.

Hi David,
A week ago we did have issues with one of our servers which caused odd planning results in some cases. It was resolved shortly after detection and I suspect this might've been the cause of the issue you reported here.
I'll therefore mark this as resolved but do let us know if you'd see similar behavior still.

Hello, as a workaround I had set Tesla and Allego to prefer not to use this network. I just changed this back as described. Now I can no longer reproduce the error. Perhaps there is more of a problem that the settings set and applied do not match those displayed? Can this happen if I use multiple devices with the same account?

Hi David,
With these settings we should not include any Allego chargers unless manually added as waypoints. Please share a link to this plan so that we may have a closer look.
