I have bought MMB Max www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004550966014.html?spm=a2g0o.order_detail.order_detail_item.3.59dcf19cuHBsQL I have installed ABRP but the app will not start. Why?

Hi!
Could not upload video. Here is what is happening. First click on ABRP icon. Then ABRP starts, At last it gives up and return to mainscreen. It looks like it doesnt like MMB Max.

Hey! I have now tried ABRP from my Android S20FE. The problem seems to be when using ABRP via Android Auto, ABRP shows the charts and route, but route must be made on the phone, not on the screen in the car. With the MMB Max it is not possible to control ABRP from MMB Max, MMB Max is just a box and must be controlled via the screen in the car. Is this the problem? Must ABRP be controlled from the "source" ?

As a complement to TomTomZoe question do you know if the app will start on CarPlay or AndroidAuto on any other unit if you have had the chance to test?

Hey, so from my understanding from your description you have managed to get AndroidAuto started and running on your MMB Max with your Galaxy S20. But if you try to search for a location and make a plan on the AndroidAuto screen it will not work but it does work to make a plan on the phone and then navigate through AndroidAuto? Is this correct?
In that case what happens when you try to search and make a plan on the AndroidAuto screen?

NO. The ABRP will not start on MMB Max. The MMB Max was not connected at the time when I tried my Samsung Phone.

The website meantions Android and also Apple CarPlay, so it was not clear that it‘s only for Android. ;-)
(Maybe it could support both worlds.)

Hi!
I use the MMB with Apple CarPlay. The APRP are installed. But it will not start.
When I connect my Phone the the headupunit and start ABRP, ABRP starts on the phone and shows the map to the headupunit, Not able to change route from the headunit, it must be done from the phone.
When I use the MMB box and starts ABRP I think ABRP looks for an inputdevice, but is not able to find. It probobly tries to show app on the MMB box, but it has no screen, The ABRP have to send output to the headupunit so I can use the touch screen on the headupunit to choose route. I hope you can fix this!
