I live in a condo community. 1)Route has me leaving via emergency exit road which is never used and is barely passable. Why would route mapping select that alternative.
2) route has me accessing Mass Turnpike at a maintenance facility rather than normal entrance. Facility is ordinarily gated and locked, so route is not doable. Doesn't routing algorithm account for this kind of thing?
I would never do this route since I know the area but if someone didn't know it could be a real problem

Hi John,
i just checked that road again on Openstreetmap and it does not have any access tag set. You said it is an emergency exit, so i added the access=no tag on openstreetmap. On the next update of the map it should not route you that road anymore. Happens once a week normally.

Hi,
could you please share a screenshot and mark the parts that are wrong? Then we can check if openstreetmap has some wrong labels on the roads.

Actually i think i see the problem already, made a shorter route here:

It seems the mapping of your home location is closer to that service road and the planner then thinks it should use that one. We will check, if we can do anything about it.
