Map static - Arrow moves

At the moment I am using the trial subscription of ABRP.
- Android Auto (current version) on ID5 v3.2.
- Xiaomi Poco F3, (current version of ABRP, all permissions enabled, power saving options disabled.)
I have the problem that the map is static but the the arrow moves. The selection box at the top of the display (3D etc.) is without function / the view does not change. Only when the arrow is outside the map, the map jumps behind.
So you can not be navigated.
Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this error?

Why was it closed? The problem still exists, it's the only navigation app that makes such errors. 🤔 😥

does the situation improve, when the phone screen is on? Or does it always happen?

It doesn't matter. I have tried everything to fix the error myself. Android Auto via cable / wifi, screen on / off. I find your navigation app great, but unfortunately I can not use / buy it so.

Always happens. I have Xiaomi POCO F2 PRO. Your last version updated. Kia Niro EV 2023 version. Android Auto updated. I paid yesterday and I test your app 5 times today and the arrows moves out the screen and the maps stays static.
All permissions enabled and battery optimization disabled of course.
You have this problems with Xiaomi since 2 years ago.
Can you please fix this.
Is there a workaround to use your app or I need to scalate this to Google Play and ask them to a refund.
