The map has been so far out of sync that we missed junctions and even had to reroute on the last error. We incurred extra tolls and have now cancelled our subscription

Hi Jahorton,
Based on the information provided I understand it as that you're experiencing a delay in navigation instructions, likely in Android Auto or CarPlay. These are complex issues but we are working on a resolution for the affected users.
It would be helpful with the version number of the app you were running when this happened so feel free to provide it. I'll otherwise have to close this ticket as we have this issue already documented.
