Maclean MCE 200 not working on vw e_up!

Hi, my set up is: ABRP last version, Vw e_up 36kwh , Samsung A52s 5g , OBD Maclean Mce200. When I pair ABRP with dongle the attached pict #1 appears.
Why ?

Ho seguito tutta la procedura da voi indicata scaricando anche l’app nFR connect, tutto appare giusto, ma quando collego ABRP mi da l’errore che vi ho allegato .
