On firefox, the address and route information aren't showing so I cannot use ABRP. the version I'm using is 104.0.2 (64-bit). I'm using MacOS 11.7 (Big Sur)

I cannot reproduce this in Firefox v104.0.2 (64-bit) on Win 11. Are you perhaps using a different operating system?
