Hello,
I have just connected to ABRP on my computer and discovered that all my saved plans have disappeared ! have you purged files from accounts ?
Not a big deal but I would ask to access archives for long road trips that are cumbersome to complete and need to be restored. Thanks for your advice.

HiI see that your conversation has been closed 5 days ago without reply from ABRP. Is this the case ? prior comment from ABRP said they will investigate. Have you had any news ? Cheers

Hi Luc,
They contacted me by email and offered me to look for my plans in a backup. But after I no longer use the plans, I thankfully rejected.
