Long tunnel GPS lost problems

When GPS signal is lost in long tunnels ABRP get confused and stops following the road like normal GPS after like a minute. It should be locked to the road at the speed limit during the entire tunnel and then wait at end if driver was slow. This is how most GPS do it.

It will also do weird rerouting after signal is back because it thinks the car is in a completely different location.

Our tunnel mode is difficult to get right when the platform tries to guess location even without working GPS. Are you on iOS or Android when this happens?

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8 (SM-G950F) on Android 9.

Should be no guessing involved when in a tunnel. ABRP should simply snap to the road and stay there until signal is back.

This really needs fixing ASAP. ABRP seem to get confused with elevation and consumption when driving in areas with lots of tunnels. This seem to mess with the reference consumption calculated based on OBD data.
