Location issue

During my recent drive the app did not update to car location to coincide with my phone location. Very frustrating, after many years and multiple subscriptions it is still not intuitive and subject to bugs. Just copy the Tesla system please.

Hi Padraig,

Please provide more information about when and how this occurred;

- Were you using CarPlay or Android Auto?
- Were there possibly any issues with GPS coverage, phone connection?
- Were you using active navigation or was this in "free driving mode" (no active route/plan) ?
