Local chargers not seen

I live on Martha’s Vineyard. I know of at least 10 class 2 chargers on the island. This morning I opened your app and some of them showed up. But after playing with the app for a while they vanished. Charge hub showed me all of the public chargers. I would like to use your app because (for some reason) the Rivian company likes your app but… it doesn’t show me any chargers when I am traveling in my R1T and so is useless to me. Am I missing something here? I don’t seem to have an premium account despite your app being the only way to plan a route in my vehicle. Shouldn’t I be able to make use of your app as a Rivian owner. Why would chargers show up and then disappear?

Thanks, I really have to zoom far in to see the charge points at the library and town hall that are roughly a mile from my house in West Tisbury MA. Your app provides no information on those two class 2 chargers and the icons are not clickable. Also your app advises me that “no chargers are available” in my vicinity. Actually none of the 11 class 2 chargers on Martha’s Vineyard are clickable. Your Your app does a better job with fast chargers. But I was looking in Worchester, MA (I don’t live in California) near my hotel and although your app shows a charge point icon at the nearby UMass medical center parking garage at 421 Belmont street, ABRP does not have any information on this location- in spite if there being 36 class 2 charging slots according to ChargeHub. I will be charging there when I am at the hotel for a 2 day conference.
There does not seem to be any way of transferring a driving plan from the iPad app to my truck -Is that a premium feature?

No you can't transfer a plan to your Rivian truck. You need to contact Rivians support team about the planing in your car because I am not familiar with how it works.

According to this article: electrek.co/2023/06/22/rivian-reveals-new-ev-trip-planning-upgrades-abrp/
I should be able to.
Currently the only choices from the ABRP iPad app are to share to Apple or Google maps then share from them to the Rivian nav system. Unfortunately when I try to export a trip from my house to Worchester MA ABRP will only export the first leg- from my house to the Ferry terminal in Vineyard Haven. When I tried to export Woods Hole (the other end of the ferry) to Worchester it inexplicably exported the entire route. I tried to export directly to the Rivian app but it was not supported by ABRP.

Hi Louis
You will see different chargers in different zooming levels. The more you zoom in the more of the slower chargers you will see.
The app you have in your Rivian is not the same as the usual ABRP app.
Are you planning in your car or in our app? If you plan with our app it should look like the image after you clicked at the plan button.

And another little nit. I just entered a destination (Worchester MA) and your app seems to think I have a flying car (no OTA for that yet), it drew a straight line from Martha’s Vineyard to Worchester.
