Connect the Dongle with your smartphone first (request password to get connected)
therafter head towards ABRP and open settings -> OBD BLE connection and select 'vLinker MC OS' -> wait until it connects and press 'safe'
if it does not work: delete OBD dongle from your phone and press the 'pairing' button on the OBD dongle again -> go through the connecting process with the phone again.
i am using the same dongle and here it works like charm.
In fact: some data (used phone, used Version, used car) might be helpful for the support team.
