Language is not changed for voice instructions

When setting ABRP to use Norwegian, all instructions are still english, but read with Norwegian prenounciation. The exception is street names and numbers, which ar read in Norwegian. This makes the instructions hard to understand sometimes, although it does get a bit funny at times.
