It sounds like you're missing a vehicle model. Could you specify the model name of your car including model year and country it was purchased in?

All VW ID4 and ID5 from 11/2023 Modelyear 2024 charge with 170 kw
Those would need to be handled as separate requests. If you pick one, I can have this request renamed or merged appropriately.
