I cant connect my obd dongle to abrp to get the car data and to show the state of charge from my car

I got both an obd wifi and an obd ble and both doesnt connect to abrp
The obd ble connects but doesnt get the car data connected and the obd wifi doesnt even connect
Hi Can you unlink Tronity and then try to connect just the OBD and see if you can get it to work.
