SOC does not work on iPad

Why did you close the thread that said SOC does not work on iPad? Surely SOMEONE in the office has an iPad they can test it on to show this is a broken feature?
I just logged in via barcodes, so all my settings are the same. It works on my iPhone but not on iPad. Truly annoying given that i use my iPad all the time and have top swap for many phone to plan a trip.

As my colleague commented, we closed it as we did not receive further details thus we could not investigate.

I get that, and that’s absolutely understandable!
Does the latest version demonstrate the SOC editable on iPad ? I note the comment there mentions to download the latest app. I would presume I have the latest app, having downloaded it only hours prior to my post?
