ABRP sends you to the Ionity stations across the highway (other drive direction via nea by bridge across highway), but they are not accessible. This side of the highway is not reachable, because there is a closed gate

So according to OSM there is a gate:
www.openstreetmap.org/edit#map=18/52.53946/8.11583
It is set to permissive, which means the owner allows using it, but can close it at any time. Not sure if the permissions are correct though.
Is the door closed all the time or just at specific times? Was there a sign telling you it is not allowed to be used?

I just marked the gate as closed and the road as not accessible, as it seems to be some kind of service road not publicly accessible, so in a few days when we pull latest map data this should not happen anymore.

The gate was closed. The whole gas station was surrounded by a fence and 1 gate that was closed. I could not open it.

Both Dammer Berge Ost abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=11719165 and Dammer Berge West abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=11718917 are available.
You have set min charger stalls to 8, but Dammer Berge West only has 4 of which 2 are broken. So in theory the charger on the other side with 4 available stalls is closer to the 8 min charger stalls you selected. If you set it down to 2, it also prefers the one on the West side.
The other issue seems to be a mapping issue. If there is a gate that is normally closed, it should be added to openstreetmap, so it can not be used for routing.
We will check if we can fix that on OSM.

You are right. My bad. I usually set stalls to 4, but I had set it to 8 a few days ago because I noticed many waiting queues while travelling through Norway and hoped to avoid waiting times this way. I forgot to set it back to 4

Ther are however Ionity chargers in the direction of Osnabrück, but they are not known by ABRP
Samuel_ABRP
Which other chargers do you mean? Please tell me the name and location.
Werner Willemsens
I meant the 4 Ionity chargers. But as you noticed, I had set minimum #stalls set to 8. My bad. Issue can be closed
