I've been tryind to connect my IONIQ5 to ABRP app using my iPhone 12 Pro and the same adapter as used in your video on twitter - Vgate iCar Pro, Bluetooth 4.0, Android & iOS. It finds the adapter, but after I select it from the list, the screen goes white and it doesn't respond anymore. Help please!
Everything works just fine! I have been waiting for this feature for a long time. I had a 300km trip yesterday and it worked perfect with my IONIQ5! Thank you!
just as a small test could you use the Kona 2020 model and see if you could get a connection to the car with that profile? If so we might have a bug in the Ioniq5 profile (which is 95% same as Kona). So if Kona works we know we have to adjust something for Ioniq5. If it is the same behaviour we might have a bug in reading the responses.
I am encountering exactly the same issue as Tudor. I get a white screen while trying to connect my Ioniq 5 through the iCar Pro BLE (iPhone SE 2020).
I have just tried what you proposed and it works. I have been able to get a connection using the Kona 2020 model.

Thanks for the feedback. We will fix this as soon as possible, so please don't use the Kona profile for driving, as that will send invalid data for the Kona consumption model.
I will cancel the Kona 2020 setting.
I just pushed an updated list of pid commands. Could you please try it again with Ioniq5 profile? They are downloaded automatically, once you close the app completely and start it again.
Now the first two steps are fine. It blocks at the third one
But it is exactly the same as Kona profile now. Didn't you say it worked with Kona? Or did it just not crash and was stuck at the same part?
Yes it worked completely with the Kona profile.
From what I remember:
1. The initial crash (creation of this bug by Tudor) came after step 2, and showed a white screen. I was obliged to close completely the app and restart.
2. Testing with the Kona profile worked completely.
3. Now the first two steps are OK and the third one is NOK. The app proposes me to send a bug (Do I have to? - I did not want to duplicate it)
For the next test I can do some screenshots if needed.
Something that may have importance, I have a one month ongoing free premium trial period

As the previous profile crashed i don't think it has been sent yet. So please send a bug report. If it opens your email client check if it contains an eventlog_uuid property, that would help in identifying the issue and change the recipient to firstname.lastname@example.org then i can process it faster. Thanks!
