Please make sure the dongle is on latest firmware (you can update with OBDLink app) and also make sure no other app uses the dongle. We had one report earlier where the OBDLink app was connected to the dongle which prevented ABRP to find it.
I have checked and double checked, there are a few of us who have lost support for the Ioniq 5 since the update before the last one. Hence I bought yet another OBD reader, all the ones on your recommended list. I have unlinked the previous OBD readers, now none of them will link again. They connect through the first 2 stages and get the green ticks, but on the 3rd part it says report a problem. Even uninstalling and reinstalling has no effect.
Just checked the logs you sent, we do not see any data, instead the dongle does not even reply when we send the reset command. Please try again and make sure that really no other app tries to connect, that includes the obdlink app.
Still not working, it works fine through Android Auto, but not through my 3rd party Kyebriq others on Ioniq5 group reporting the same. Something has change since the Feb update. I can connect through Android Auto register the CX no problem. Switch all my other Bluetooth stuff off, come back through Kyebriq and it says OBD already registered but it just goes round saying connecting then goes green then goes back to connecting. ABRP is great through Kyebriq when it was working as it is full screen with all controls easily navigateable where Android auto is a bit diluted. Please can you fix it 🙏

Looks the same as this one:

BTW the OBDLink CX has a rather short time frame of when it allows a connection. So if it still does not work try replugging it before you connect.
