Instavolt UK shows as ChargePoint

For some reason Instavolt chargers in the UK are now showing as ChargePoint (I think they may actually be ChargePoint chargers).

Hi Chris,
This has since been corrected and I'll therefore close this report. There are still some details in need of correction as it has since been upgraded and we're having some split instances of the now 16 stalls.

The Stroud Park Chargers shown in the App below have the incorrect operator, they are operated by InstaVolt as per Open Charge Map and not ChargePoint. This needs to be corrected in ABRP as currently they are ignored when InstaVolt is selected as a preferred network due to the incorrect labelling.

Stroud Park is identified as being operated by ChargePoint, this location is actually operated by Instavolt. This prevents it being selected in routing when Instavolt is set as a preferred network.

Hey Chris, I'm not entirely sure I understand your question, maybe you can detail it a bit more and we can see what we can do to solve the issue. The charger you linked to is indeed a ChargePoint charger and shows up in the app, as well as the database, as a ChargePoint charger. Just neighboring this charger is an Instavolt charger maybe there has been some confusion because of this?

Hi Mattias,
I'm not sure the best terminology to describe it, but the changepoint is run by InstaVolt and they say 'powered by' ChargePoint. So users in the UK would expect to see it branded in ABRP as InstaVolt and not ChargePoint, even though under the skin, I guess the kit is ChargePoint. Until very recently it was showing as an [InstaVolt] on the app. And there is only one set of 4 chargers in the carpark, the ones from GoingElectric are actually the same chargers in reality.
