Just had a look at this again. There was a part of the road tagged with "no access". I fixed it on OSM and it should be live in a week or two.

Hi, there seems to be a problem with a part of the route so the planner tries to avoid that specific part (see screenshot). However for me it shows 109mi and not 123. Did you maybe enable avcoid toll roads which could result in a longer route? If you are on premium plan, you could try the alternative routing in navigation settings in the meantime, that seems to calculate the route correctly.
