I can not export my travel data... Please help me.
Hey James, it's a bit unclear to me if you have a bug or if you just haven't found the way to export the data. Let's hope for the latter. When logged in you will find a button on the top right of the settings menu with you can find your data. Here you will calendar with drives for each day and also an export function if you want to export for a longer time. Hope this helps and if there is an issue with the export please let us know here in as many details as possible and we will make sure to take a look at it.
I have a bug, when I try to export my travel data, I'm stuck at loading... Sometimes, I don't have anything... No message...
Hey James, so the issue is that you have only selected the start date and not the end date for the export. The fileds turns blue when a date is entered. Will discuss internally how we can make this clearer. Hope the exports works now!

Hey James, have now looked at the your account in the backend and the problem is that you don't have any driving data logged in the system so when you export it will just spin for a second but no file will be exported as you noticed.
As we don't currently support your Mazda MX-30 for getting telemetry-data but to solve this you can use our open API and then use the car API you linked to above.
