GDPR Banner on mobile

The GDPR banner on mobile takes over the entire screen and requires two clicks for the user to remove. It also shows in the north american market where it is not required.

Here is a screenshot of what I see on mobile. It's hard to read, goes out of the viewport, and doesn't allow the customer to accept the terms in one click.
