In your screenshot for when you're logged in, you haven't really clicked the charger but instead clicked the map and we then place a marker and your options for the location.

Are you getting any error message?
Would you be able to provide a screenshot or photo of the view?
Since this changes if you're logged in or not I would advise you to check your settings for charger types.

I'm still not sure I understand the issue correctly.
I've just checked your account on the web and everything appears to be in order, I can see chargers on the map when logged in as your user.
However, at the moment, we won't include chargers in shorter plans since you have relatively low arrival SoC values set and the vehicle you're planning to use is nearly fully charged.
