i have tried to export a file (using the App - i get a 9kb file called downloader / only) using a windows laptop i get an error message saying the website could not be loaded, site might be down. when using the app a few days ago there was an option to view OR download the data. i was clicking VIEW and then saving the data. the VIEW option is no longer there on the download screen. has it been removed or is the website down?

Keep in mind that when exporting the page will produce a popup as the link to download the file is followed. So to get the file downloaded popups cant be denied for the page.

Issue is resolved view button is visible and file now does download the data.
