ELM327 OBD connects, but doesn't read all telemetry data (IONIQ5)

My ELM327 OBD connects to my ioniq 5, but during the last connection step, I get an error saying that not all telemetry data could be loaded. As a result, I don't see any details on the SoC and others. I basically just see the latitude/longitude. obd-debug-data-ffa5adec-964f-469d-ae12-5e4d11ab2607

Please provide more information about the device, what model and manufacturer is this?

Hi Katya. I think the manufacturer is Mobilly OBD-II BT. And just a note, a friend of mine uses the same unit with ABRP with no issues :)

Hi, the issue still persists, with the same dongle, in a different car (IONIQ 6 as opposed to the IONIQ 5). The app says I am connected with no issues, the icon in the app is green, but it still doesn't read live data like the SoC. The same dongle works with different apps (like Car Scanner). Please help
