Electrify America Station Preferred But Not Routed

This is happening again. Planning a trip for Thanksgiving and even with EA as the only preferred network, it is never routing me to an EA station, always a different ones. This happened last year around this time. Has the same bug returned? Help!

It does look like it is working again. I killed the app and reran the trip and it selected only EA stations. Hopefully this will be a permanent fix. Thanks!

We have fixed it now so kill the app and make a new plan and the EA chargers will show up.
